Teknicool can help you if a warranty issue arises (if not installation fault).if the unit is faulty the unit will be cover under the manufacturer warranty the manufacturer details will be on the warranty form which came with the unit purchased. When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your Teknicool invoice).
Warranty will be voided by the manufacturer if the system is not installed by a fully licensed and qualified trade’s person.
